Return and exchange of goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, within 14 days after purchase, you can return and get your money back or exchange the product for another, even if you just don’t like it.
To return a product, you need to contact our consultants to clarify the method of returning the product and money.
Procedure for returning goods:
- Please ensure that the original packaging of the product, if any, is safe and undamaged.
- The product must not show signs of use and all labels and receipts must be retained.
- Notify our consultant of your intention to return the goods
- Fill out the product return form: Fill out the form
- Send goods via Nova Poshta (find out the branch number and recipient's name from the manager)
- Tell our consultant the number of the declaration that will be given to you at the Nova Poshta branch. Only by number we can receive your parcel.
* When sending us a parcel, do not indicate cash on delivery under any circumstances. This is due to the fact that our courier cannot inspect the goods and pay for it at the Nova Poshta warehouse.
After receiving the shipment, we will contact you and discuss all issues related to the exchange or refund method.
