Warranty

The manufacturer PC NAVIN LLC has established the following warranty period for:

  • water heated towel rails made of stainless steel for open hot water systems - 24 months; for closed hot water supply systems - 10 years;
  • electric heated towel rails - 60 months;

Warranty obligations should be understood as ensuring that the manufacturer ensures normal operation of the product during the warranty period from the date of sale, subject to compliance with the installation and operation rules, as well as transportation conditions. Warranty service is provided by the manufacturer located at the address: Kiev region, Belaya Tserkov, Mikhail Grushevsky Boulevard, 13. The right to free warranty service is given by a warranty card, which indicates:

  • model;
  • Date of sale;
  • selling company.

Please keep it for the entire period of use. The repair period is determined by the manufacturer. You can exchange or return goods within 14 days after purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Law. To use this feature, please ensure that:

  • the product has not been used and has no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions;
  • the product is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not damaged;
  • All labels and factory markings are preserved.

If the heated towel rail does not work, an exchange or return of the product is made only if there is a conclusion from the manufacturer's Quality Control Department that the operating conditions have not been violated.

If during the warranty period, the product you purchased from us fails due to the fault of the manufacturer and cannot be repaired, we will exchange the product for a similar one or return the money. To do this, please provide us with:

  • complete product;
  • warranty card;
  • document confirming payment.

In what cases is the warranty not provided? The manufacturer may refuse warranty repairs if:

  • there are mechanical or other damages that occurred as a result of intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • the rules of use set out in the operational documents have been violated;
  • unauthorized opening, repair or modification of internal communications and components of the product was carried out, the design or diagrams of the product were changed;
  • The warranty card is filled out incorrectly.

The warranty does not apply to the following defects:

  • if there are signs of exposure to electrochemical corrosion;
  • accidental damage caused by the client or damage resulting from negligence or use (exposure to liquid, dust, foreign objects getting inside the case, etc.);
  • damage as a result of natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the electrical network or incorrect connection to the electrical network;
  • damage caused by defects in the system in which this product was used, including lack of water circulation in the heated towel rail, which arose due to a violation of the technological process of assembly and installation of the product, as well as features of the wiring of hot water supply and heating systems;
  • damage resulting from connection or connection of the product to other products;
  • damage caused by using the product for other purposes or in violation of operating instructions.

Insurance

All products are insured. Insurance applies to products manufactured by PK Navin LLC. The insurance conditions apply to cases of damage to third parties due to product malfunction. Contacts for an insured event:
