Receiving and processing orders

If an order is made through the Site during business hours (Monday-Friday from 9.00-16.00), a representative of the online store confirms the order within an hour. If an order is placed outside of business hours, weekends or holidays, a representative of the online store will contact the Buyer as soon as possible.
After placing an order, the Buyer receives a message to the email address specified during registration stating that his order has been accepted by the automatic order management system and that a representative of the online store will soon contact him to place an order, check the availability of the ordered goods and clarify the terms of payment and delivery.
The order is not considered completed (for cash payment only) if the Buyer has not completed the stage of confirming the order to a representative of the online store by phone (the Buyer does not answer the call and is out of network coverage).
Shipping and payment
The terms of payment and delivery of goods to the Buyer are regulated by the “ delivery and payment ” section.
The buyer understands the possibility of a situation in which delivery will take more than 3 business days or delivery will be temporarily impossible.
