On protection of competition

We express our gratitude to those who adhere to the recommended retail price (hereinafter RRP) and value our cooperation and relationships. The RRC rule was created to protect your interests and your profits.
Any dumping is dangerous for the market. In fact, this is the path to an endless reduction in prices: when a seller reduces the price, another one begins to sell even cheaper. Due to declining profitability, the dealer network is shrinking and profits are declining. Ultimately, the manufacturer loses control over the market and its brand depreciates. Obviously, dumping is not beneficial to either manufacturers or sellers, but the latter’s desire for one-time earnings leads to catastrophic consequences for the entire market.
Therefore, to ensure the planned profit on NAVIN TM products, our company always controls the RRP. The current RRP price list is always available on our Google Disk and on the official website: www. navin.ua
To prevent speculation and misunderstandings, this letter defines the terms of cooperation:
- The current RRP is located on Google Disk and is updated daily at 10-00;
- Prices on resources on the Internet (website, online catalog, price comparison sites, marketplace), as well as in the exhibition hall, must be no less than the established RRP;
- Deviation from the RRP is a violation and is considered dumping. This rule also applies to products with a changed name and/or article number of the manufacturer;
- If it is not possible to change the RRP on the website, it is necessary to archive the products of TM “NAVIN” so that you can fulfill your obligations;
- All promotions for heated towel rails TM "NAVIN" must be agreed with the manufacturer or dealer. The promotion agreed upon with the supplier must be indicated with the appropriate marker, or accompanied by the old price of the product crossed out and/or in the appropriate section (on a separate page). The promotion must be determined by the time it takes place. Examples of unacceptable promotions: expired, not agreed with the supplier, with a price below the promotional RRP.
Responsibility for compliance with the terms of cooperation by buyers lies with the dealer who supplies products of the NAVIN TM. The dealer is obliged to implement a policy of compliance with the RRP among its customers (both current and new). The dealer has no right to work with legal entities that systematically violate the RRC policy.
Measures taken by the Supplier in case of violation of the RRP
We understand that anyone can make mistakes, incl. from someone who constantly adheres to the RRC policy. Therefore, the sanctions system applies to stores that “systematically” violate the terms of cooperation.
- A warning in case of the first violation, with mandatory correction of the fact of dumping within 3 calendar days;
- If violations are detected more than 2 times during the current month, the partner’s discount is reduced by 5% for 30 working days. Additionally, changes in the terms of deferred payment and suspension of shipments apply;
- Otherwise, there will be a complete cessation of cooperation.
The effective date of the letter is the date it is sent. We also ask, whenever possible, to report facts of dumping in order to quickly improve the situation in the Internet space and work together to improve the quality of service for our clients.
